We are looking for a Maritime Trainee to join our team and the Norwegian Shipowners Association’s Maritime Trainee Program, an 18-month development journey that includes five academic modules across different global locations.
As part of the largest independent and most sustainable RoRo operator, you will gain hands-on business experience from day one, working on strategic initiatives that shape the future of our company and the industry.
What are we looking for?
You are a young professional with 2–3 years of experience who is eager to build a long-term career in the maritime industry. You have strong analytical and business acumen, and you are motivated by contributing to sustainable growth and innovation.
You likely have completed a Master’s degree or MBA, experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Strategy, corporate development, or business analysis
- Market intelligence or analytics
- Finance or commercial planning
- Strategic partnerships or advocacy
You combine strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to connect insights across markets, value chains, and macroeconomic trends.
